Replacement & Refund Policies



Please read this Replacement & Refund Policies carefully before placing an order.

We only refund cash if an order is cancelled prior to shipping. We do not refund or replace electronically-delivered products. Please note: we inspect ALL our CD’s prior to shipment.


We WILL replace CD’s that:

  • have been damaged during the manufacturing process and

  • will not play as long as you contact us within 30 days of receipt


  • Note: If you discover such a defect when you attempt to play the CD, contact us
    to obtain an RMA Number. You will receive an RMA by email and that number must appear on, or inside, the return packaging. You are responsible for shipping costs to return the CD to us. Once the CD has been inspected, a replacement CD will be shipped to you, with no shipping charged to you.



    We will NOT replace CD’s that:

  • are returned after 30 days

  • are returned for any reason without an RMA number or returned after 30 days

  • been damaged in your computer or music playing device(s)

  • have scratches, finger-prints, oil-stains, appear jellied, etc.

  • have been lost or damaged in the mail.

  • Exception: IF you purchased delivery confirmation, and your order is not received, OR, IF you purchased insurance on your order, and it arrives damaged, we will provide you with the necessary claim receipts, forms, and information needed to request a direct refund from the shipper.
